Coconut Chair
This is a post about the coconut chair and the changes that I have made through grasshopper. Again, this chair was a challenge, considering the back end seating point that occurs as well as the curves.
Attached is the PDF file of process in both GH and Rhino.

Seasonal Light Screens
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mjYX8eotyU&feature=youtu.be
The space I chose for the light screen is my bedroom which has a skylight, which is the only opening which allows natural light to enter my space. The design of the screen is inspired from an image of the sun covered by clouds with sun rays piercing through them.
The screens are designed as a set, for summer, fall & winter with the shape of the screen changing, hence portraying a gradual flow, hence connecting all screens together.
The screens are differentiated by its shape and the number of horizontal & vertical panels (egg crate system). The screens are denser in the summer and gradually become wider through fall and winter (allowing more light to enter the space).

3D printing…WITH FOOD!
Hey everybody! Last night I spent a good time reading about different applications for 3D printing. It made me think all day how this will change the future. If you think about it, this tool may be applied to almost any field where there are 3d objects involved…
Among the articles I read there was even a guy who tried to print his own shut gun…
This article was probably the funniest and most surprising of all. Hope you enjoy the article. (Take a look at the second machine)
