The Blossom

The main goal is to experiment with different patterns to mimic the form of blossom. And eventually creates a flower vessel.

Brush Pot

The vase shape usually used as putting flower in it. But in this case, it is for brush. The material is plaster because it can be made by student at studio. The painting brush in the pot just like the flower in vase. the space between vase helps to see through and create beautiful shadow on surface.

The Skull vase

The model I choose used Volume and cross, the material I used is metal with low contrast. The vase I imaging can be a metal piece, which can put dry flower onside. The skull texture is very cool because it has a interesting touch feelings. The flower inside can be half appears half hide inside, it will be a interesting texture look under the light transparence on the vase .

Ripple & Lipper

This vessel is inspired by the shape of water ripples and splashes. The rich form of this vessel has multiple functions, which can be used as a flower arrangement and a fruit tray. The low flat bottom can be used for fruit placement, and the slender tubular structure in the middle can be used for flower arrangement.

Royal Metamorphosis

Royal metamorphosis is about the transformation that the vessel took from a very organic and weird shape to a very refined one. It starts from a very rounded shape at first and the end result is to have a very detailed vessel which can stand with elegance. The goal for this vessel is to make it translucent by having a lot of small gaps while still having a lot of details on its surface.

Swirl

The Vessel has double layers. The outer layer connects with inside layer and forms a swirl. The goal of this design is to merge two layers and form a more complex and unique pattern.
