Your sample size for the refine component can’t be zero – it should be around 50% or less of the cell size you are using in the Cocoon component directly upstream. There is another input set to zero that might be giving you trouble, too.
Try opening up the cocoon sample files and playing with those (and all of the) variables on the refine component a bit – it’ll give you a better sense of what they mean and how they affect performance — if your cell size/sample sizes are too small it’s going to get suuuuuper heavy!
